Bonjour je voulais être sûre de la chose suivante : 

- pour une phase 1 chez les volontaires sains un effet indésirable grave correspond à un fait nouveau et doit être déclare par le promoteur sans délai à ANSM CPP et ARS

- par contre en dehors d une phase 1 selon que l effet indésirable grave soit attendu ou innatendu ( et parmi les innatendu fatal ou non ) la déclaration n est pas forcément immédiate ?
