Est ce que quelqu'un pourrait m'expliquer svpp?  Mercii !  Il manquait peut-être l'utilisation d'un Antiserum pour s'en assurer mais bon deux anticorps de spécificité epitopique différente (épitope séquentiel pour l Ac 1et conformationnel pour l'Ac2) et reconnaissant tous les deux une protéine de 60kDa non apparentée (=reaction croisee ) à VS c'est pas l'hypothese preponderante ;)) Edited April 26, 2020 by Metallica Quote
