Aligot Posted April 22, 2020 Posted April 22, 2020 Yop, Petit incompréhension sur un item de ccb relu par Chatelut : "Soit un médicament administré par voie IV continue, le lag time est le délai pour parvenir à l’état d’équilibre" compté vrai. Mais pour moi le lag time, c'est simplement le temps qu'il faut pour que les concentrations plasmatiques soient détectées autrement dit pour qu'il y ait un début d'élimination. Mais en aucun cas c'est pour parvenir à la Css non ? Quote
