Solution Metallica Posted April 7, 2020 Solution Posted April 7, 2020 Salut @Stark23 L'enzyme BamH1 coupe aussi le plasmide plaminine et cette coupure combinée à celle de Pst1 liberera un fragment de 50pb qu'il faudra retirer du 5900pb final ;)) Quote
