Solution Cléclé8 Posted March 9, 2020 Solution Posted March 9, 2020 Salut ! L’unité sur l’axe des abscisses est en pcmol/ mL tu as bien converti les pmol en Mol mais du coup il faut aussi convertir les mL en L ! Donc 0,14x 10^-12 / 10^-3 = 0,14x 10^-9. Kd= Bmax/0,14 = 0,14x10^-9/ 0,14 = 10^-9 Quote
