Morphine, PKA et PKC

Bonsoir, concernant l'action de la morphine, elle inhibe les PKA et PKC et entraîne une analgésie. Mais en condition normale la PKC active normalement CREB et la PKA la voie des Map-kinases ou inversement svp ?

Salut 😄

C'est la PKA qui active les 2 🙂 La PKC est une kinase calcium-dépendante qui sert notamment à la sécrétion de neurotransmetteurs (avec CamKII)
