Solution cutieheartx Posted February 25, 2020 Solution Posted February 25, 2020 (edited) Salut @maestro Tous les médicaments se terminant par "-leucel" correspondent à des médicaments à finalité thérapeutique, c'est à dire qu'ils utilisent notamment le système des CAR T- Cells : cultivation et infection de lymphocytes T avec un virus à ARN codant un Ac monoclonal chimérique. Les lymphocytes modifiés exprimant l'anticorps sont réinjectés chez le patient, se fixent sur les cellules cancéreuses et entraînent leur mort -> méthode redoutablement efficace Edited February 25, 2020 by cutieheartx Quote
