Solution LdvMstr Posted February 23, 2020 Solution Share Posted February 23, 2020 Coucou, Ta protéine de fusion sera étiquetée à la GST (Gluthation S transférase) et justement on utilisera le gluthation couplé à des billes de sépharose, pour purifier la protéine de fusion.
