Aligot Posted February 18, 2020 Posted February 18, 2020 Salut ! Concernant ce récepteur, on a vu qu'il avait de nombreux ligands différents. Parmi eux, on retrouve Phencyclidine, chlorpromazine et histrinicotoxine. Je voulais savoir si ces 3 derniers sont considérés comme des bloqueurs ? Des antagonistes ? Et si antagonistes on est d'accord qu'ils sont non compétitifs ? Merci d'avance ! Quote
