Il agit majoritairement sur le récepteur mu aux opiacés, mais vous avez vu qu’il est capable d’agir sur d’autres cibles, comme les récepteurs muscariniques M1 et M3, c’est également un antagoniste du récepteur 5HT2 à la sérotonine, etc ...
