Bonjour,

Pourrait on m'expliquer pourquoi cet item est faux ?

" L’index glycémique d’un aliment est l’aire sous la courbe de l’insulinémie après ingestion de cet aliment"

parceque c'est un rapport de l'aire sous la courbe de la glycémie aprs ingestion d'un aliment / l'air d'une même quantité de glucose pure
