Bonzouurr à tous 😊

Je ne comprends pas pq lacide arachidique ne peut pas être un précurseur de l'acide arachidonique   ??

Salut!  😊 

L'acide arachidique est un acide gras saturé a 20 carbones déja, l'acide arachidonique est un acide gras poly insaturé a 20c(DL en 5,8,11,14), les filiations métaboliques des acides gras  se font entre acide gras poly insaturé .
