Salut, je comprends pas comment on peut obtenir pour (a) : Met-Glu-Cys-Val parce que pour moi si c'est un pont disulfure intra-chaîne le béta-ME ne change rien ...

Je t'ai fais un dessin explicatif  : ici (un peu rapidos j'avoue, si t'as besoin de plus de détails tu me dis !)
