Bonjour, 

Au QCM 2, item B, qui est compté vrai, il est dit que le glutathion sous forme oxydé est un hexapeptide. Mais je ne vois pas pourquoi car sa forme oxydee est bien GSSG et j'en compte 4 non ?

Salut,

le glutathion est composé de 3AA : Glu, Cys, Gly donc sous forme oxydé il va y avoir formation de pont S-S entre les cystéines de chacun des deux glutathions. Tu as 2x3 AA = 6 ce qui fait bien un hexapeptide.
