Juste pour que ça soit bien clair, on a donc une IDH qui permet la transformation de isocitrate en alpha-CG, mais lorsqu’il y a une mutation il restera quand même des IDH pas muté qui vont continuer à produire du alpha-CG et certains qui seront muté qui donneront un autre produit (2-HG) à partir du substrat de l’IDH pas muté ? A mon avis toutes tes IDH sont mutées, mais l'IDH mutée peut quand même produire l'alpha CG, c'est juste qu'elle gagne la capacité de produire le 2-HG.
