Je suis bloquée sur ce canal If : j'ai vu que le canal If fait rentrer du Na+ et du K+ à l'intérieur de la cellule, j'ai vu aussi qu'il était responsable de l'automatisme du tissu nodal en phase 4... Mais plus loin concernant le tissu nodal, concernant la phase 4, j'ai vu qu'elle était caractérisée par une entrée de Ca2+ dans la cellule, du coup la phase 4 c'est Na+ et K+ ou Ca2+ ? ou les 2 ? Le canal If a donc quel rôle dans tout ça ? quelqu'un peut-il m'aider s'il vous plait ? Quote
