Jou222 Posted February 27, 2019 Share Posted February 27, 2019 Bonjour bonjour, Je ne comprends pas bien la différence entre "Présomption d'origine" ou et "Présomption d'imputabilité". J'ai vu qu'il y avait déjà quelques post à ce sujet et je pensais avoir compris mais j'aurais besoin de plus de détails.. Certains disent que c'est synonyme mais pourtant certains QCM les différencient. Par exemple dans l'item suivant: "Pour un AT, il n’y a pas besoin de preuve s’il remplit les critères de la définition d’un AT.
