Tu as raison, la formule de la chaleur latente est bien Q = m * Lvaporisation.
Dans l'énoncé, on parle de 18 g d'eau or la masse molaire de l'eau est 18 g/mol car [Masse molaire (H20) = 2 x M(H) + 1 x M(O) = (2 x 1) + 16 = 18 g/mol].
Donc 18 g d'eau équivaut à 1 mole d'eau.
Du coup :
Q = m * Lvaporisation = 1 mol x 40,5 kJ/mol = 40,5 kJ = 40 500 J
