Bonsoir!

 

Lorsqu'on fait un SDS page je ne comprend pas pourquoi l'hemoglobine sort avec 2 bandes et pas qu'1.

 

Car l'hemoglobine est formé de plusieurs monomeres relié par des liaison non covalente, donc le SDS sans agents dénaturent devrait conservé les liaisons non covalente normalement?
