J'ai juste un petit doute concernant l'abouchement distal de l'iléum, j'aimerais confirmation : il s'abouche bien au niveau du bord médian du caecum ? Et donc s'il y avait un item du style "l'iléum s'abouche sur le bord médial du colon ascendant" ce serait compté juste car le caecum fait partie du colon ?
