MELLy Posted May 7, 2018 Posted May 7, 2018 Bonsoir QCM 9 : Du concours blanc de cette année On souhaite étudier une population lymphocytaire, pour cela on réalise une cytométrie en flux en utilisant des anticorps anti CD3 couplé au FITC (fluorescence verte-green) et des anticorps anti CD8 couplé à la PE (fluorescence rouge-red). Pour rappel les lymphocyte T (LT) sont CD3+, les LT cytotoxiques sont CD8+ et les LT helper sont CD4+. B. Cette population lymphocytaire comporte 35% de LT. (FAUX : dans la correction du concours blanc il y a marqué 61% de LT ) Je ne comprend pas comment on determine qu'il y a 61% ???? Quote
