J'ai un problème sur un item, je ne comprends pas pourquoi la A du QCM 12 de Rangueil 2016 est fausse, on nous parle d'une patiente diabétique insulino dependante déséquilibrée avec une natremie de 140 mmol/L et l'item est le suivant "son osmolalité efficace calculée est normale à 280 mosm/kg d'eau" Du coup je me demandais, est ce que c'est lié au fait qu'elle soit diabétique?
