Alors déjà hémi-synthèse a une origine synthétique Tu peux le faire une molécules --> - A partir de substances endogènes (histamine et anti-H2) - A partir de médicaments déjà connus (isoprénaline/b bloquant) --> Mee-too drugs : peu de risques mais pas d’innovation Exemple : fentanyl, alfentanyl, sufentanyl, magnumfentanyl ... etc etc C'est plus clair ?
