Dans le cours sur la thalidomide, il est écrit dans l'un des diapos concernant le métabolisme, au dessus des réactions chimiques, que "l'hydrolyse est non dépendante du cytochrome p450". Or il me semblait avoir compris qu'au contraire sans cytp450 il n'y avait pas d'hydrolyse donc pas de production du métabolite toxique (CF microsomes) ? Merci d'avance et bonne journée Quote
