(A moins de demander au patient d’inspirer fort pour que diaphragme permette la descente des organes abdominaux, et de palper vraiment en profondeur). Étant située en regard de T10, elle est protégée par les côtes qui viennent l’entourer en avant, latéralement et en arrière! C’est super important à savoir car en pratique, sa palpation révèle une splenomegalie et une pathologie sous jacente! Si vous avez d’autres questions n’hesitez pas!
