J’ai juste noté que BRCA2 interagit avec BRCA1 lors du recrutement de RAD51. L’acronyme BRCA signifie Breast Cancer Susceptibility Gene c’est pour cela qu’une mutation des gènes BRCA1 ou 2 est impliquée dans les cancers du sein ou des ovaires car on se retrouve alors avec un défaut de réparation des cassures double brins.
