MahelpMeDoc Posted March 4 Posted March 4 Bonjour, j'ai du mal à comprendre où est ce que BMP est exprimé au niveau de la croissance des os longs, est-il plus proche des chondrocytes hypertrophiques ou des chondrocytes prolifératifs ? Et dans quel sens ducoup a lieu le gradient de sécrétion ? Merci d'avance ! Quote

BMP stimule surtout la différenciation et l’hypertrophie donc on la retrouve surtout vers la zone hypertrophique. Son gradient fonctionnel va vers la diaphyse (vers la maturation).
