zigoto Posted February 23 Posted February 23 Bonjour En cour j'ai noté que le muscle buccinateur de la joue était recouvert par le fascina bucco-pharyngien or ça me parait bizarre car le fascia bucco-pharyngien se trouve en postérieur du fascia thyroïdien et donc plus en médial que le muscle buccinateur qui est plutôt latérale Est-ce que quelqu'un pourrait me confirmer cette info merci Quote

En postérieur on retrouve le muscle constricteur supérieur du pharynx relié au buccinateur par le raphé ptérygo-mandibulaire recouvert lui aussi par son fascia. La continuité des 2 fascias (du buccinateur et du constricteur supérieur du pharynx) forme le fascia bucco-pharyngien. Le muscle buccinateur est donc bien recouvert par le fascia bucco-pharyngien.
