Pk elle est vrai alors qu'il y a 1 seul carbonne asymétrique ?

Oui effectivement tu as 1 Carbone asymétrique mais tu as aussi une double liaison entre le C et N qui peut être E ou Z 

donc: 

E R

E S

Z S

Z R 

= 4 stéréoisomere
